First, Do female cats spray like male cats spray.  Yes Female cats spray just like the males do.  Cat Spray is a combination of urine and pheromones that cats spray in order to send different messages.  Cats Spray to show ownership, dominance, when scared, to mark there territory, and when there in heat.

You can usually tell when your cat is spraying when there tail is twitching back and forth, kinda like it's vibrating.

So how do you clean cat spray?  I recommend Baking soda and Vinegar because they seem to neutralise the cat spray smell pretty much.  Whatever you do don't use Ammonia to clean cat spray, as that will only make matters worse.
